We did a spontaneous mini-session yesterday. Steph and Zack are happy-go-lucky and relaxed parents to adorable 11 month old!
At the end of the session I wanted to tuck her away in my camera bag ….without mommy and daddy noticing 
P.S. Mother’s Day is coming up, and I want to announce I’m offering Mini Sessions just for the month of May! I’ll share details soon.

I am so excited to share this shoot with you!
During my slack and spring I’ve been playing with new lighting, not my familiar style, and a bit more fashiony editorial.
I collaborated yesterday with the talented and overall FAB Jamilynn for hair/makeup.

Oh Jack Henry, we had a time trying to get these pictures!
Basically, JH is just like his daddy…just wants to skateboard. If we tried to stop to get a photo he started crying again and yet again. I swear no matter what we did, nothing seemed to make him happy. We could not figure out was he tired, maybe teething, maybe hungry? Nope, just wanted that skateboard and everything he had to roll it away from me!
We managed and waited. I think it mostly had to do with Erin’s amazing sense of funniness and how she embraces motherhood and all that comes with it so stylishly!
Nevertheless, I’m super happy with the great smiling images and those little moments in between. I find that it’s often those little moments that have the greatest impact when viewing the pictures years down the road!
Thank you Dave and Erin! I can’t wait to capture Jack Henry’s next round of changes and smiles!
